The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by DEVICODE and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.

This LICENSE grants you the following rights and limitations:

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a Shareware program, and is provided at no charge to users for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends and colleagues, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system.

If you find this SOFTWARE PRODUCT useful, and you are continuing to use it after the trial period of 30 days, you must make a registration payment. In return you will be given a registration number to allow full access to all features.

The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time. Site Licence arrangements may be made by contacting DEVICODE.
